As the outdoor experience with group cohesiveness based upon natural environment , the expanded training can inspire people ' s potential and strengthen group ' s cooperation consciousness . also training the spirit of dedication , challenge and innovation , carrying on the cultivation of personality , willpower , honesty and teamwork , as well as implementing the extending training of interpersonal communication , expressing ability , negotiation skills , observing ability , planning etc.

This program lasted for two days and one night , and we all had a good time , especially for we had tried team cooperation . we learned much from this program.
